Fr. Tsigueye in Asewase visited North Riverside llinois in Mary, Mother of Mothers Association Was founded Forty (40) years ago by Rev. U.S.A and saw the Association there. There was a shrine with the Mother Mary's them for pregnancy and those who are seeking the face of her son to give them: statue where Mothers, expecially visit and pray to Mother Mary to intercede, for child. It touches the heart of Rev. Fr. Tsiquaye so introduced the Asso ciation in Asewase, St. Theresa's parish on his way back since he was then the parish priest. The Association then spread beyond Asawase.
The Association is open to all Catholic women and men as associate memnbers. Madam Theresa Owusu Boakye also Saw it in Kumasi and introduced it to the then parish priest, Rev. Fr. Andrew Takyiah. Rev.Fr. Andrew Takyiah also saw this Association in Ashanti Mampong and it touched the heart. Therefore Rev. Fr. Andrew Takyiah and Madam Theresa Owusu Boakye decided to introduce the Association in Techiman St. Paul's Parish in the year 2008 and had ten (10) members to start with. The membership has now increased to thirty (30) active members.
